New to the app, when i hook up my daughters phone up to back up it doesn’t ever show it connected to wifi it’s always on USB ? Also i don’t get screenshots of things that need to be reviewed?

Ok i will call support , the only way i get updates from her phone is if i back it up on the computer by USB … once i disconnect it i get nothing till it’s hooked back up …
