Both of my sons have iPhones (SE and a 7) that I set up with Bark using my Macbook. It was working great and then all of a sudden, the 7 quit backing up over WiFi. Is there a quick fix for this? Or do I have to start all over?
Hi Amanda! I’ve pinged the Bark support team - stay tuned!

Keep me posted, here to help.
The latest Bark Desktop version for Mac is 5.3.3; please ensure you have the latest version.
You might also try re-connecting the iPhones with a USB cable one time to see if this “refreshes” so that they will connect via WiFi next time. From time to time, the devices may just need an occasional re-connect.
Our team of specialists is standing by to dig deeper into this with you if you are still needing help. We are here for you, Amanda! Thank you!
