Just looking for some help, I share custody of my grandson with his dad. So when he’s there his phone doesn’t get backed up. He came home I did the backup and bark sees him on my desktop app but I’m my droid it still shows it hasn’t been backed up. Is this something that just goes away after awhile? Or is there something I have to do? Thanks so much
